Leaving the Tower of Babel

Alan Hammond:  I recently saw on the web a video of an autistic savant who had a very particular gift. He was placed in a helicopter and flown over Rome. Apparently he has a photographic memory, and was able to reproduce in drawings, all the details of the city that he had seen below him. There were just one or two very minor discrepancies. It was an incredible display! This may point to the fact that our minds are now virtually asleep. We don't really know what the instrument of the mind is capable of. We only see such hints as this.

The human mind certainly has many capabilities. Man, as the focus of life on Earth, is able to discern and connect the essences of all the forms on the surface of the planet. Here is a rather simple example of this. I randomly thought of three items-a pig, a tree, and a watch. My mind is capable of seeing connections between these three items, and worked it out in this fashion. The pig and the tree appreciate mud. The pig, the tree, and the watch can all indicate the passage of time-the watch obviously so, and the pig and the tree through their processes of growth. You might see other connections.

Two people in harmony can see very different connections between forms and situations around them, and between them can provide a fuller picture for any action that may be necessary. Human minds are intended to be part of a much larger collective instrument. Just as the individual brain has billions of individual cells that coordinate in their functions, it is intended to be the same for the collective mind of Man. The mind of Man is not supposed to function merely in isolation. Even beyond the collective mind of Man, this consciousness is connected into the planetary Archangelic consciousness, which would include the consciousnesses of all the other forms on Earth, and even beyond that, into Cosmic Mind.

In the Bible there is the statement, "In my Father's house are many mansions." A mansion is a place where people live, and certainly consciousness is a mansion in which we live. The human consciousness is designed to be a very remarkable mansion. The collective Archangelic consciousness operates with a logic that takes into account myriad more factors than do the isolated pockets of awareness now operational in the body of mankind. Some of these isolated pockets are science, history, psychology, religion, economics, and so on. Each of these little segregated areas of consciousness has defined and created seemingly separate fields of consideration, with their own languages to describe those fields. Here we have another version of the Tower of Babel in human experience. Actually, each language is just another way, another style of seeing and describing what is around us, and what is observed. None of these approaches are of themselves complete in their descriptions. In each field there are many facets that are omitted.

Part of our job on Earth now is to help in the rebirth of the collective awareness of true Identity, the Spirit of that Identity, and the restoration of the true design of mind, leading to accurate action. In this consideration we are setting our faces in a general direction. We are not pretending to know exactly how the reintegration of all these fields and languages is to evolve.

Man was designed to focus a multidimensional creative field containing various substances, forms and processes. Here is where the human experiences of spirit, emotion, mind, and metaphysics become relevant. All these types of experiences are evidence of sensitivity to processes transpiring within this multidimensional field. Human beings are composed of, and embedded in, all these levels of substance. So such sensations as thought, emotion, and spiritual expression, are all actually awareness of the movement in this one mechanism. But different approaches by human beings tend to separate this oneness into segregated fields. Therefore there often seem to be irreconcilable differences between the so-called disciplines, because they have been developed in their own isolated paradigms and languages. These differences appear even within major fields, such as science or religion. You can look at any of them and see the schisms within them, and between them.

Human beings are embedded in this multidimensional design of substance, so violation of the natural laws of Being at any level causes dis-ease and discomfort. A balanced, on-Tone spiritual expression would constitute the balanced release of energy through all the levels of substance in the overall divine technology in this key component, Man. Man's consciousness is the instrument for this, and the cosmos as seen through that consciousness is the creative field for its creative action.

Let's look at a few fields that seem separate, which have become segregated through the development of their own paradigms and languages. For example, what is studied in such disciplines as quantum physics, relativity, gravity, cosmology, the string theory, and astronomy, to name a few? These are in the scientific field, but as we shall see, they have other applications.

Quantum physics studies matter and energy. Through quantum physics some surprising things have been discovered. It has been discovered that macro forms behave differently than microforms. Applied to human experience, we know that a macro form-say, a large group of people-will behave differently than a microform-like an individual. Another discovery is that observation can change what is observed. We know that the spirit or energy released as we observe something, changes it in our experience. Everything observed with what we might call a full-spectrum, on-Tone mind would change everything into reality, rather than what is currently observed and mistranslated by reason of the unbalanced spirit moving through human beings.

In the study of relativity, theoretical science suggests that there are some very odd possibilities in the behavior of time throughout the cosmos. Now we know from our everyday experiences that time is relative and flexible. We know there is a difference between time when we have a toothache, compared with time spent with someone we love.

In the study of gravity, science studies the attraction of physical matter. We know an experience of gravity when there are many factors that attract or repel us. Another aspect of gravity is that we are held in larger forms like the body of mankind, yet by some variation of centrifugal force we retain our individual identity, as do the planets in the solar system. Cosmology is the study and philosophy of phenomenon in time and space. In our personal experience we are constantly exploring our proper context and relationships within the design of Being.

Even the string theory has merit. It postulates that there are twelve dimensions. Some scientists find that this helps to reconcile some currently irreconcilable theories in science. In our own personal experience, we do in fact experience other dimensions unconsciously. We don't know how to consciously delineate or describe them because we lack the fine substance to do so.

Finally, in the field of astronomy we recognize that there are constellations of heavenly bodies in the cosmos. At the mental level, we experience constellations of ideas or concepts, and in our social lives we experience constellations of friends, and so on.

So we see how people in different fields have different paradigms and languages, but they are all actually encountering the same basic principles in action. An example of this can be seen if we look at what we have called parables. Parables are stories that try to describe principles and laws operating in other vibrational levels of substance. There is the parable of the buried talents. It is the account of a rich man who gave his servants coins, called talents. Various ones utilized those talents to gain profit for the Lord. One man played it safe and buried his. The Lord was not pleased. This particular parable points to the law, the principle, that there is the need for all people, indeed all forms, to exercise their capacities in order that they may experience growth, happiness, and contribute to the Whole.

Another parable is that of the prodigal son. The son of a wealthy father left home, lived riotously, descended into the pits of experience and finally decided to go home, where he was lovingly welcomed back by his father. The natural law or principle described here is that if there is repentance from deviant behavior-that is, deviance from the true Design, and a return to accurate function according to one's true Design-this will bring restoration to the true experience. Other parables similarly convey natural laws of Being.

There is also excellent science in the suggestion contained in Genesis, to eat of the fruit of the tree of Life. That is, pay attention to, and feed upon creative substance and processes in life, and this will bring the true experience in all fields-relationships, economics, finances, politics, you name it. Eating of the tree of Life is perfect science.

An example of use of language that has somewhat blended paradigms may be seen in the use of the word light. We can appreciate some of the physical characteristics of light. These characteristics are easily transferred to experiences in other dimensions. For example, we talk about the illuminating light of mental or spiritual understanding. Or we talk about letting our light shine, letting the light of true character shine into our worlds, which brings growth, where we can see beauty emerging because of the influence of this light.

So we can see that people in various areas of human endeavor think that they are studying their own segregated fields, but in reality they are describing the multidimensional, unified, spiritual world of Being. We recognize that principles do not work exactly the same way in all dimensions. We are not pretending to make hard and fast statements, but a general consideration such as this can be very useful as the process of reintegration continues. The greatest scientists and thinkers transcend their initial, tiny paradigms. No view from any segregated paradigm can ever bring the awareness that is necessary for accurate function in the multidimensional design, nor can it bring fulfillment.

The alpha and omega for true awareness in human consciousness is in Divine Identity-"I Am." This is the simple, one-cell starting point for the rebirth of Man. The one Identity-"I Am," is shared by us all, by everyone and by everything. It is an undeniable fact-that Life, Being, is animating the dust of everyone and everything.

Let me just utter a few words on behalf of the planet. No, more than that, on behalf of the solar system. No, perhaps the galaxy. No, let's say a few words on behalf of the cosmos. "Oh my," some may say. "How presumptuous! How ridiculous!" That is because the human mind is very impressed with size. Being, "I Am," has nothing to do with physical size. Let me say just a word or two from the Whole through this little pile of dust, this human form.

       Greetings!
       Don't be afraid.
       What an adventure this is!
How beautiful, expansive, challenging, and fulfilling is this experience!

I would hasten to add that we recognize that only on-Tone expression of Spirit can accurately reveal pure Being. We do not claim any such thing. However, we are pointing to a truth, a reality, a process, and the incredibly delightful responsibility we have, which is to let the revelation of true Being reappear through the human form and consciousness. How marvelous is this responsibility!

(Following comments, Alan continued:)  I have been responsible for saying a few words to focus the current of Life, the current of Spirit. I suggested that Being, who "I Am," spoke some particular words at the conclusion. Of course we may perk up and listen to words because they seem like a direct communication. However, every moment is the opportunity for the expression of Cosmic Being, of Ourselves, through our little piles of dust-the forms that we steward. We can now recognize that what we previously thought were private, insignificant actions that no one saw or heard, can be the expression of Cosmic Being. How wonderful to feel integrated into this one action of Being. Every action can be an expression of the word of God, of Being, and we are present to let it take as accurate form as we can. This is not only for our own fulfillment, which it will surely bring, but more importantly, so that we can play our part in the larger Design.
